Baseline
Restart when required, stabilize the workload, preserve the original configuration, and run the same scene enough times to expose ordinary variation.
A PC performance claim must carry its test conditions.
Tech Life Hybrid publishes a before-and-after conclusion only when the workload can be repeated, the changed variable is isolated, the evidence is attributable, and the limits travel with the result. A single PC is a documented case—not proof for every system.
The required case record
- CPU, GPU, motherboard, memory, storage, power supply, cooling, display, and relevant peripherals
- Windows edition and build, firmware or BIOS, graphics driver, chipset driver, and PC Lab or capture-tool version
- Game and game-build version, API, resolution, refresh rate, preset, individual settings, upscaling, frame generation, ray tracing, frame cap, and display mode
- Exact save, route, scene, built-in benchmark, warm-up, run count, run duration, ambient conditions, capture method, and background-software state
- Average FPS only when useful, frame-time distribution, 1% or comparable lows, temperatures, clocks, utilization, memory and storage pressure, plus stability observations
- The one variable changed, before and after raw receipts, repeated-run spread, result, failed attempts, limitations, and whether the change was reverted
One change
Change one setting, driver, component, cooling condition, or background process. If several things change, the case cannot attribute the result.
Verification
Repeat the original route and conditions, compare like with like, inspect frame delivery and stability, and report regressions or inconclusive results.
What the result may—and may not—say
- Supported: what changed on the tested machine, in the named build and conditions, during the recorded runs.
- Not supported: universal performance, hardware quality, a guaranteed fix, a purchasing rank, or behavior on untested systems.
- Unavailable: any sensor, frame event, setting, version, or condition the evidence did not capture.
- Correctable: every published case must identify its evidence date and correction path.
No standardized public before-and-after case is claimed yet.
This method is now the admission gate. The first PC Lab case will remain unpublished until its hardware, software, workload, raw receipts, repeatability, limitations, rights, and review record are complete. Existing product screenshots demonstrate interfaces; they are not performance results.
