Keep the game, scene, resolution, settings, and capture length consistent. Collect three supported frame-timing CSV files and label them Baseline.
Frame Truth separates measured evidence, documented context, unsupported measurements, and recommendations. It does not promise miracle FPS, invent telemetry, or silently upload a capture.

Document one setting or configuration change. Play the same route three more times and label those files Comparison.
Compare P99 frame time, hitch counts, and variation across runs. If the evidence is provisional or inconclusive, collect more matched runs before crediting a fix.
Frame Truth helps compare supported capture files and prove whether a change improved smoothness. Game Truth guides a live test of a running game and explains the next step. PC Lab provides system inspection and a gaming HUD.
Frame Truth 1.5.1.0 is currently public in Microsoft Store under product ID 9NGZ33GKC9QF. The validated 1.5.2.0 x64 update is prepared in Partner Center and remains separate from the public listing until Microsoft certifies and publishes it. The unsigned website beta is already available with its own published checksum.
The Store edition keeps the local audit, CSV analysis, comparisons, reports, guarded supported configuration workflow, and adjustable 80%-130% interface. It removes in-app third-party software acquisition and launch controls and disables external new-window navigation.
No account, advertising, analytics, cloud upload, remote control, driver installation, BIOS or firmware changes, security bypasses, anti-cheat modification, hardware overclocking, or fabricated measurements are part of the verified Store package.
